AIS Switchgear is a complete MV AIS switchgear range rated from 12kV to 36kV for Primary distribution. Operating safely in a distribution network requires different switching points to obtain maximum service continuity in case of fault on the network. 
Metallic shutters and partitions segregate the compartments from each other. When a compartment is opened all other panels in the installation and all cable termination compartments (including that in the panel concerned) remain in operation.

Both Metalclad or Metal enclosed are available, with busbar ratings to 3150A.
